HST Steels has spent nearly two decades honing its reputation as an industry leader. What they wanted was a website that was modern and responsive. They wanted to change their overall site architecture, aesthetics and user experience to make it more engaging and simpler to navigate. Their main goal was to get a completely new online presence that helps them drive conversion of users into contacts and ultimately to customers.

We were approached with a unique and challenging brief to craft an elegant, fully functional website that caters to each of its users while also being engaging. First, the challenge was to redesign the website, focusing more on product content to help customers browse, navigate, and reach decisions. This meant revamping the website to create new content areas, implementing new search filters, and showing more related products to keep the users navigating around the site.
Another challenge was to create a website with limited content in hand as we did not have much information related to their product and service. Also, being an industry in the manufacturing sector, the text was mainly boring and bland, which meant we had to showcase them more creatively to drive leads.
HST Steels was already a well-established brand, and it was fun to work with its bold palette of white, black, and orange. We strove to refresh their previously outdated website with a clean, minimalistic, and modern look through increased imagery, simple page layout and modern typography. The aim was to evoke a sense of experience, trust, and credibility regarding the industry.
We first decided to identify who the users are to structure the navigation to make it easy for visitors to find information with minimal clicks. Since the site is mainly informational, we made sure that the content was presented in a legible, clear manner in simple and straightforward language to make it easier for people to understand the technical aspects. We also introduced a main CTA across the whole site to push people, at the top of the sales funnel, deeper into it.
Our main purpose was to demonstrate HST Steels ingenuity with a professional, functional site that reinstates their dominance while simply directing the visitor towards what they are looking for.
In a period of two weeks, we were able to create a premium brand image of Agraraj Tea by designing its brand logo and product label. Our branding reflected the company and its product as “one of a kind” in the marketplace. We had a lot of fun working on this project as the focus was more on colors, patterns, imagery, etc. On the whole, we helped the client to achieve the following:
